Sore Losers

Fox News started whining last night. Karl Rove, who heads the SuperPAC funding behind all the irritating anti-Obama ads for months, complained Fox News called the election too early. He was refusing to see reality.

The Fox News hosts have continued this morning claiming Obama and the Democrats do not have a mandate. Of course, Bush had a mandate after stealing Florida.

The reality is that all republicans have been ignoring electorate discontent with Congress and the President. It’s time to stop bickering in Washington D.C. and get work done.

Even after losing the Presidential race, a few key Senate races, and House seats, numerous Tea Party Republicans  just couldn’t see that the voters were done with extremist views. It’s time for the republicans to get back to the center. The center is where the work of the Congress is done. And the republicans are not near it.

Clearly Mitch McConnell didn’t get the message when he said “To the extent he wants to move to the political center, which is where the work gets done in a divided government, we’ll be there to meet him halfway.”

Mr. McConnell, with all due respect, your party lost. Now, quit twisting facts and reality. Move to the center and do your job.
