Drawing prize from Tablet PC & UMPC Community Gathering 2007

At last year’s Tablet PC & UMPC Community Gathering Joan won a Motion Computing Tablet PC. Motion told her that she could select any model within 2007. So, a few weeks ago Joan requested the LE1700 with View Anywhere display. She wanted to make sure she had the latest model to take to CES 2008 and she says it was well worth the wait. She also wanted to request the View Anywhere display so she can read the screen in various lighting conditions, as she has limited vision. The beautiful new Tablet PC arrived on December 28th. Perfect timing as the 28th was also Joan and Bob’s 51st wedding anniversary. What a nice gift!

It was also great timing because many of us were around to document the unboxing! Here are a "few" photos for you to enjoy.
