MaxCDN is an excellent company, however, their lack of support for HTTP/2 without purchasing an expensive Add-on from them ($99 per month) led to the creation of a KeyCDN account and the included HTTP/2 feature.
The pull zone was easily created and an alias was applied within minutes. The CNAME for the alias was modified in DNS Made Easy. Finally, the WP Fastest Cache CDN option was modified to support KeyCDN instead of MaxCDN.
The online test using KeyCDN shows HTTP/2 support.
An SSL certificate was purchased and eventually the WordPress and XenForo installations will become accessible via https:// rather than http://.
