The end of the year is near and you are ready to look over your finances to make sure your records are in order for taxes. Yes, tax season is March and April but do not wait until it is too late. Instead, install the free iPad application from mint.com and hook up all of your accounts. Start with your bank account and mint.com will provide you with a nice set of graphs to look over your disbursements.

It is important to lock your screen now that you have bank records available on your iPad. The settings are General ->Passcode Lock -> Require Passcode.  Set the Erase Data in case your iPad ends up in someone else’s hands.
