New Tablet owner speaks blog post

I am writing this post with my new laptop, an Averatec C3500 Tablet PC. The Tablet PC is something that I have wanted to use for a long time…The single coolest thing about this laptop is that it has a built-in microphone, which is coupled with Microsoft’s latest voice-recognition technology.
….I have written this entire post (except for the link to Averatec) using my voice, without ever touching the computer….In the entire post so far, the computer has only missed one word that I’ve spoken – the ironic thing is that the missed word was “Microsoft”!” [Sam Middlebrook]

I don’t use the Tablet’s speech recognition capabilities much although I do enjoy recording meetings with OneNote. It’s great to hear particularly a new user have such great early success with a technology like this. Cool.
