Nina Merrill, a student intern, posted on the Bon Appetit Management Blog a description of how she developed the Carbon Foodprint Game, hopefully, for young people. What a great idea and easy resource for use in classrooms, including high school biochemistry. I wonder how it works in middle schools? Seems like it should. Hmm, I wonder if she’s considered letting someone develop that into an app for Tablet and other mobile PCs?
