The organizing committee of the 2nd European Coaching Psychology Conference issued a call for papers, symposia, and posters.
This year, the themes of the conference include Hope and Wisdom; Engagement; Transition; Performance; Health and Wellbeing; and Developing practice.
“Coaching Psychology is for enhancing well-being and performance in personal life and work domains, underpinned by models of coaching grounded in established adult learning or psychological approaches,” (adapted Grant and Palmer, 2002).
While coaching psychology may appear removed from using Tablet PCs in education, I wonder if the softer side of some Tableteers and engineers appears consistent with their aspirations. Monitoring this conference seems reasonable for software engineers writing coaching programs.
