Portland, OR city’s government plans to blanket the whole town with a wireless Internet “cloud” that would make the Web available everywhere — for an undetermined fee — beginning sometime next year. Intel plans to recognize Portland’s pioneering role today by naming the city one of four “Digital Communities” in the United States.
I don’t see mention of this cloud including schools. I wonder when schools will participate?
