CD Replaces School Guidelines for Teachers

CD’s can’t be used to prop up the overhead projector <g>Good for them and their director of Technology! I just finished a week of meetings where an enormous amount of paper was handed out (including PowerPoint “notes” pages). There was no provision for handing out these documents in electronic form (“You want the electronic copies? I suppose we could do that, but why?”). There were lots of teachers there with laptops (I was the only one with a tablet) and we all asked for electronic copies. If we do this often enough, maybe they’ll get the message.Now I know how (college) tablet owners feel when they get mounds of paper from their Profs!I also know how they feel as the only one with a tablet pc in the room (“Cool!” “You can write on that?” “I want one!”) I especially like the last comment.
