A friend pointed me to this video (third picture on the right of the page) of a 23 ft wingspan, 8-engine, 300 lb B-52 RC plane that bites the dust. Here’s a huge discussion of what might have gone wrong. “Pilot error disorientation” seems to have been the cause of the crash, which is something that’s easy to do with an RC plane, especially when the orientation of the plane is changing.
