Are businesses in the Bay area going through another round of closures? I haven’t heard anything official, but a friend in the Bay area messaged me that at least one office surplus dealer he visited the other day has an overwhelming inventory of used equipment–most courtesy of Bay area high tech businesses. The owner said that chairs, desks, and so on were a dime a dozen. Pointing to all the furniture stacked outside his warehouse, “Look: no fence, no alarm system. And no one even steals it.”

Sounds like the Bay area would be an excellent place to start a business. Hmm, at 10 cents each, you could outfit an employee with a chair, desk, and filing cabinet for 30 cents. 🙂
