Upgrading software is always a tense event. Backups, reading and re-reading instructions, making sure that there is enough time in case something goes wrong, looking over support forums to see if people are describing problems. Yes – the agony of an update.
This is why updating can be a pain, however, the upgrade to XenForo 1.1.4 was nothing more than uploading new files, uploading the xml file, and running the update.
Phew. A few add-ons had trouble but they were fixed easily. Let me know if you find anything acting a bit strange. Otherwise …. enjoy the new features (aka bug fixes).
