Amazon is developing the website vine.com. In 2010, Amazon purchased Quidsi, which will operate the new website. According to Bits, “Vine will sell everything from cleaning supplies to baby accessories, beauty supplies and clothes — as long as they are green.”
The Vine website will not have the Amazon branding. Instead, the site will attempt to stand on its own concept.
