Three former MVP baseball players have been suspended in the past month for illegal drugs. Previously Yankees Alex Rodriguez was suspended for 211 games and Brewers Ryan Braun received a 65-game penalty. Today, the league handed down a suspension to 39-year old Kansas City Royal player Miguel Tejada. He has been suspended for 105-games for taking Adderall, a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. The drug is used for treating Attention Deficit Disorder as well as used as a performance enhancer for athletes.
