[edit] Classic Education Q & A
[edit] Q: I never heard of a learners’ view of classics and I was a classics major at a Tier 1 university. Are you just making up this stuff?
A: We first introduced the term a learners’ view (ALV) on this site. ALV represents a category of behavioral science research. This category gives priority to studies designed for people to show observers how they learn to do something.
Using the term a learners’ view or ALV substitutes for repeating that descriptions of steps learners take to learn something refers to a body of experimental empirical behavioral research reports that each describe an aspect of observable social actions people use to learn.
