Preface
My training in ways to learn began when people told me to watch and listen to what others did to accomplish something. Once in Sunday School at church and then in preschool, I learned that other people included watching and listening to teachers. In first grade, our first reading text featured words and pictures of Stop, Look, and Listen. I knew then that I was on a roll, I was learning!
Not until I was a doctoral student did I appreciate the technical simplicity of learning.
