WHAT COULD HAPPEN IN EDUCATION IF all teachers intentionally and consistently used a learners’ view (ALV) while teaching? According to experimental behavioral and social science research, such intent and consistency would probably result in learners promptly accelerating, increasing, and deepening (AIDing) their learning through all lessons. Likely results for this What If? question casts an intriguing glance at a cascade of questions that address the probable forecast of AIDing learning.
How soon might all incumbent educators adopt the motto, All learners will learn all lessons of all teachers? Who might these teachers be? Where would they come from? How would they prepare to teach with ALV? Who would prepare them? Who would recruit and hire them? Who would they teach? Where and how would they teach? What would they teach? What would happen to the existing educator corps?
