Abstract: Checklists for Educators describes a learners’ view (ALV) of ways for all learners to learn all lessons. Together these checklists reduce risks of Wish List Lessons that some people learn and others do not.
FROM A LEARNERS’ VIEW (ALV), checklists serve as reminders of choices educators make to increase the likelihood that lessons will accelerate, increase, and deepen (AID) learning. Each checklist is grounded in experimental behavioral and social science research. Items on these lists originate in and extend the same methods beyond their reported origin
Experimental scientists have also documented that these ways have AIDed learning in laboratories, classrooms, homes, clinics, and work settings.
You may use these checklists with more confidence than chance, that is, more than by flipping a coin. Together, these ways increase chances of you avoiding Wish List Lessons (WLL). They routinely result in a distribution of learning in schools along a normal (Gaussian or bell shaped) curve.
From a learners’ view, the purpose for people in schools other than teachers is to assist teachers to AID learning. Links to these checklists are arranged by assignments (responsibilities) of educators in schools.

1.0 Schools
1.0 SCHOOLS exist when all students learn all lessons. This the de facto public standard against which schools are evaluated. While meeting this standard is technically possible, efforts in that direction remain works in progress. The New Era School Initiative (NESI) illustrates that possibility by assembling experimental research reports into one school. This checklist consists of practices addressed in NESI that increases the management of learning and decreases relying on chance for learning to occur for all learners of all lessons.
