Schools that use individualized learner databases that model how people learn. b Organized instruction and instructional support that yeilds dramatic and prompt increases in student learning rates. c Real, existing uses of behavioral science based descriptions of how people learn with instructional, learning, and advancing electronic communication technologies in PreK12 schools.
2. a Fictionalized descriptions of what real enterprises do to increase student learning rates dramatically and promptly and to study these efforts objectively, empirically, and systematically. b. Fictitious locations include Normal (sometimes called Normsville) Unified School District in Normal (sometimes called Normsville), California in partnership with Landgrant (sometimes called Normal or Normsville) University in Normal.
