Apple, Inc released the Apple iPad WiFi + 3G models on Friday evening and Gene Munster with Piper Jaffray suggests over 300,000 units were sold. This would bring the total Apple iPad sales to 1 million. Chitika Lab’s counter places sales near 2 million.
In the meantime, the online Apple store changed it’s shipment from actual dates to a 5-7 business days after placement of the order. The local Best Buy sold out before the time allowed to sell them and management believes their next shipment is to arrive in two weeks.
