Tablet PC get together at CES

Microsoft is sponsoring a Tablet PC Get Together for the Tablet PC community on Thursday evening (January 8) from 7:00 to 9:00PM at CES. It’ll be at a buffet (drinks this time around are self-service), so bring your appetite and/or your Tablet PCs. Space is limited, so if you’d like to come simply email Lora at ljheiny@hotmail.com and she’ll give you details on how to get there. OEMs, ISVs, Tablet PC users, members of the Tablet PC team, analysts, and more are planning to be there.

This is going to be an exciting, insider look at the Tablet PC industry. At the Comdex Tablet PC Get Together in November a few people brought along some pre-release Tablet PCs and some alpha software, so who knows, maybe we’ll get lucky and get a sneak peak at some new exciting Tablet PCs again. This will also be an excellent opportunity to share your thoughts on the Tablet PC, ask Microsoft or the OEMs for that little feature you always wanted, or plead your case for a Tablet PC loaner! This is going to be a blast. Hope to see you there.

Pass the word along.
