What ingredients of teaching make it more likely for one learner to become leader of an organization of people and failure to learn those lessons result in membership in an organizational surplus population consisting of people without skills for employment? In other words, when does learning, or the failure to learn from teaching result in people likely for people to participate actively or exist passively or destructively in society?
